Bare Skincare
Bare is a sustainable skincare brand with a coastal, classic feel. This project began as a pattern design assignment for my Illustration class, but this fun, beachy pattern was begging for some additional branding to accompany it. Scroll below for a look at the process.
The first step of this project was developing a pattern that would align with the brand’s focus of using clean ingredients, developing an easy-going skincare routine, and an elevated approach to simple skincare.

Pattern Design
DEVELOPMENT: As the pattern evolved, this illustrative style was merged with a cleaner, more modern take to develop a textured, paired-back pattern.
FINAL OUTCOME:
Colors were muted from the previous iteration and a dark background was added to give the pattern a more grouted, tiled look. The final outcome is an elevated, stylish pattern to denote citrus fruits, coastal influences, and simple-no-fuss skincare.
Pattern was then used as the primary wrapper for the BARE Vitamin C Facial Bar.
